The General Tax Administration (AGT) has published for public consultation the Proposal of the Tax Benefits Code. This document intends to introduce modifications and aggregate all the tax benefits that are divided into several diplomas in Angola (Private Investment Law, Patronage Law, Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Companies Law), except for the special rules applicable to the mining and oil sector.
AGT accepted contributions from interested parties until 30 October, 2020. The full text of the proposal is available at the GTU’s Tax Library.
